Fine Linen Laundering
Felicia's Fancies fine table linens, bed linens, and handkerchiefs,
can all be machine washed, and become softer and more luminous with
use.
- Always soak fine linen in a mild detergent in warm water for
30 minutes before machine washing for the first time.
- Machine wash fine linen in warm water using a mild detergent
containing no bleaching agents, some natural shrinkage will occur.
- Fine linen may be dry cleaned, please have spots pre-treated.
- Decorative hanging linens should be dry cleaned to maintain
their shape.
Fine Linen Drying Methods
- Fine linens can be line dried, rolled in a terry cloth towel,
or machine dried on low or air setting.
- White linens should be dried in the sun, to help keep their
whiteness.
- Dry cleaning is easier and less time consuming.
Fine Linen Ironing Tips
- To iron fine linen, remove before drying is complete and iron
while still damp.
- Ironing the linen on the wrong side first, then on the right
side will bring out the sheen and luster.
- Fine linen can withstand the highest temperature setting on
your iron, but always pretest.
- Use a press cloth to safeguard delicate lace and cutwork.
- To keep the embroidery stitches looking great, iron embroidery
on the wrong side atop a soft towel.

Pure
Cotton Linen
Pure Cotton Linen Laundering
Felicia's Fancies pure cotton table linens, bed linens, and handkerchiefs,
can all be machine washed, and become softer with use.
- Machine wash your cotton linen using the delicate cycle, warm
to hot water, laundry detergent and fabric softener; some natural
shrinkage will occur.
- Use only chlorine bleach on white cotton linens and color safe
bleach on dyed cottons.
Pure Cotton Drying Methods
- Machine dry cotton linens on medium to high settings.
Pure Cotton Ironing
- To iron cotton linen, remove before drying is complete and use
a steam iron.
- Use a press cloth to safeguard delicate lace and cutwork.
- To keep the embroidery stitches looking great, iron embroidery
on the wrong side atop a soft towel.

Fleece Laundering
Felicia's Fancies fleece
blankets can be machine washed and become softer with each washing.
We recommend washing the blanket(s), before giving to baby in order
to remove any embroidery residue that might still remain.
- Machine wash fleece blankets in cold water, with a mild detergent
and fabric softener.
Fleece Drying Methods
- Machine dry fleece blankets at a low temperature setting, and
remove promptly to prevent pilling.

Felicia's Fancies flannel
blankets can be machine washed and become softer with each washing. We
recommend washing the blanket(s), before giving to baby, in order
to remove any embroidery residue that might still remain.
- Machine wash flannel blankets in warm water, with a mild detergent
and fabric softener.
Flannel Drying
- Machine dry flannel blankets at a medium temperature setting,
and remove promptly to prevent wrinkling.
