At Felicia's Fancies, we know that once you
place your order, you would like to have it shipped
as quickly as possible. We try to ship all of
our personalized embroidered items
within 7 business days of receipt of payment.
If, you need your order sooner, please place that
information in the Comments/Special Instructions box
on the check out page. If a product is
unavailable or delayed, you will be notified by e-mail
within 5 business days. We ship via United States
Postal Service. Orders placed after 5 p.m. MST
may be processed on the next business day.

Return
Policy
All merchandise returns must be accompanied by an authorization
code, and be in new, unused condition. Please
contact us within 7 days of delivery date, by e-mail
for return address information and authorization code.
Please remember, personalized and embroidered items
cannot be returned, so please check all spelling carefully.
If we have made an error, we sincerely apologize, and
we will be happy to replace the item as quickly as possible
with return shipping included.
